Experience

 Our role in IT System Selection projects is to be the guarantor of our client’s business challenges by helping and challenging them in the definition of what is required to produce a clear vision of the desired future. This is done via a focus on the key features required, and supporting the process of vendor/partner evaluations via a structured selection process. Our understanding of the market helps to narrow down the options that are most relevant, and our selection process creates a competitive environment for the selected vendors to propose a solution tailored to your business need.

We support you across all phases of System Selection projects:

  • Definition, structuring and prioritisation of business needs
  • Definition of an effective selection process, tailored to the need of your business
  • Pre-selection of solution vendors that meet the identified needs, based on functional benchmarks and a high level evaluation of the solutions 
  • Production and release of the Request For Proposal (RFP) documentation to engage the identified vendors
  • Management of the response period with vendors, collating and responding to vendor questions in preparation of their response
  • Facilitation of structured evaluation of the vendor response to determine those that are best fit-for-purpose
  • Coordination of vendor meetings and demonstrations to provide a vision of your proposed new systems in use
  • The final selection process, based on the alignment of decision-makers
